The name Abeceder is based on the word Abecedar, which means to put into logical order.
We changed the spelling to Abeceder and created a new word which itself spells out A B C D ahh!
The subject that Abeceder puts into logical order is employment from the perspective of both the employer and the employee.
Why both perspectives? Well, employment is a relationship, and you cannot build a strong relationship if you are only investing in one part of that relationship.
